Easy Healing Yoga brings Donna’s own personal touch, a new and unique restorative approach to traditional Sadhana Hatha Yoga. Awaken and expand your consciousness so you can become aware of the truth and your correct life path. Through disciplining the physical body, purifying your channels of energy and finally, through deep breathing and meditation, you can bring your mind to calm reality and the ability to see life clearly. Donna delivers her easy healing yoga classes with love and compassion, And based on her years of practice and knowledge, she leads a truly invigorating, yet relaxing, healing yoga experience.

Easy Healing Thai Massage Yoga combines a vibrant Ayurveda yoga workout with a special massage and meditation session specifically aimed to open the body’s energy (“Sen”) lines and pressure points and restore your physical, mental and spiritual health. Donna will work with you on deep stretches and focused massages that will rebalance your body’s energy, relieve tension, clear your circulation and boost your immune system.

Easy Healing Watsu Water Massage Yoga came on the scene in the early 80s in California. Using Shiatsu massage and yoga techniques in water, this special therapy takes advantage of the body’s weightlessness in the water and the therapist’s trained hands that rid the body of blockages in the joints and soft tissue. Donna delivers this healing session using massage, gentle yoga movements and dance therapy.
